Agreement

These Terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of Lamb Loop ("Company," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Continued use after we post updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old
• If under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must accept for you
• You confirm you have legal capacity and will use Lamb Loop lawfully

Accounts & Progress

Some features may use an account or device-linked saves. Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend compromised or abusive accounts.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal play. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app
• Rent, sell, or sublicense content
• Bypass security or anti-cheat systems
• Use bots, macros, or exploits to loop unfairly
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

Fair Play

Lamb Loop is a skill-based puzzle: guide lambs, close loops, and clear challenges. Fair play keeps the flock happy for everyone.

We may reset progress, revoke rewards, or ban accounts that break these rules.

Virtual Items & Purchases

Rewards & Withdrawals

If reward or withdrawal features are offered, eligibility and timing appear in-app. Fraud or multi-accounting may void rewards. PayPal details are used solely for legitimate withdrawals as described in the Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The free version may show ads via AppLovin and partners. Limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

User Content

Nicknames, feedback, or other submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote Lamb Loop. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

Intellectual Property

Lamb Loop — art, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — belongs to the Company or licensors. Feedback may be used freely without obligation to you.

Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAMB LOOP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, or service discontinuation. Uninstall anytime to stop. Surviving clauses (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Company's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts there have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights.

• Effective date revised at the top
• Continued use after an update = acceptance
